admirable beachfront stay!

the hotel had a good location near the beach. the room featured a jacuzzi and provided excellent service courtesy of pam, jack, and cha-em. i enjoyed a positive experience at this boutique hotel. kailash parbat restaurant offered completely pure vegetarian food within the hotel, a bonus for my dietary needs.
the curtains in my room unfortunately allowed light to enter, somewhat noisy.

the location was good with easy access to the beach.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. there was hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. It was quite disgusting. the staff was slow to respond to our complaints. It took hours for them to address the issue. this lack of cleanliness really impacted our stay.

The location was superb. I was very close to the beach. The room was spacious and well-arranged. I loved the balcony. It offered a great space for relaxation. The pool area was peaceful, and the staff were very friendly!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful . I liked the breakfast selection. It had a good variety for the hotel size. There was an egg station and a coffee machine.
The doors to the bathroom and toilet were made of glass. They lacked privacy. Sound also travelled easily, not ideal. The balcony was small. It had no chairs or ashtray.

The room had a noticeable smell of mold, quite unpleasant. some flooring felt loose underfoot, moving excessively as I walked across it. This issue suggests possible water damage, potentially causing the mold. I think that the hotel needs to address these maintenance issues for a more comfortable stay.
